Each of these attributes must be integrated with the overall management of the complex task of managing across the enterprise.

Even small or medium sized businesses have difficulty integrating BYOD devices – so HP’s approach is focused on a scalable solution that can be delivered by channel partners, yet still be available for the largest enterprise customers. As the number and mix of BYOD devices increase, the management task grows in complexity. Making it secure and simple for the employee to extend their BYOD as a portion of the overall converged infrastructure can offer seamless deployment of both wired and wireless devices from the datacenter to the campus to the branch office.

Flash Storage: More Than Just Speed

In this episode, HP 3PAR Storage expert Priadarshi Prasad and blogger Nigel Poulton discuss four main attributes that must be considered with regard to Flash storage. While the primary design objective has been performance acceleration cost efficiency optimization for the architecture, system resiliency, and data mobility are also critical. Adding the requirement for the seamless non destructive ability to move data around – data mobility must also be an important attribute of the total solution.

At HP Discover a new all Flash storage array, the HP7450, was introduced as the latest HP 3PAR system, incorporating each of these design points.
