As Manager of the WW Technical Marketing FlexFabric team, Lim’s team is responsible for being subject matter experts for HP Networking’s Data Center solutions. Lim helps deliver in-depth technical presentations around HP’s technology as well as competitive positioning to HP’s customer base as well as HP’s pre-sales solution architects. In general, the HP Networking TME FlexFabric team evangelizes technical solutions, creates technical content and empowers the worldwide pre-sales organization to more effectively position HPN’s solutions. Lim joined HP from the 3Com acquisition.
At 3Com, Lim’s last role was SE Manager for the Western region pre-sales SE’s and was responsible for managing all aspects of the technical sales cycle. Lim joined 3Com in 2000, and held various technical pre-sales positions of increasing responsibility.
Lim has more than 15 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industries and extensive experience in technical sales as well as designing and implementing Enterprise and Data Center solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining 3Com, Lim was Dolby Laboratories senior network engineer responsible for WW WAN and LAN deployments. Lim earned a BS in Biology from Washington College in Chestertown, MD.
