First Look at Aurasma
HP Autonomy technology was evident all throughout the HP booth at NAB2013. One of the most fascinating applications was the Aurasma product, which employs realtime image capture from a smartphone to call and display rich media content that is used to augment, extend, or explain the object that was photographed in the physical world. Lauren Offers provided a quick demo of the app and discusses some of the uses bridging print media to digital media to gain a more expanded experience and build relationships with the audience.
The app to create linked objects is free for download from the Apple App store and Google Play.
